I’ve tried managing my membership a few times now, and the page keeps throwing errors. Compared to other sites where this is usually straightforward, this one feels messy and frustrating to use.

"Felt like I had to chase them for everything"
I reached out with a complaint and it took way too long to hear back. When they finally replied, it didn’t really solve anything, and it felt like they kept putting the work back on me to figure out. I just wanted the issue handled, not to feel like it was my problem to keep pushing.

The package did arrive in good condition, which I appreciated, but it showed up later than I was hoping. Overall it was fine, just not the quickest delivery experience

"Feels like fans get overlooked a lot"
I could be wrong, but it really seems like they don’t reply much at all. As a fan, it kind of feels like you’re just being ignored here most of the time
"Refund came through in the end"
I booked the wrong tickets on rbfa.be and had to ask for a refund. I’ll admit, once I’d paid and realized the mistake, I didn’t feel totally confident about getting the money back. It took a few days and I had to chase them with one extra email, but they did sort it out. The refund showed up on my card about a week later. Not the smoothest process, but fair enough in the end.
"Really disappointing for disabled fans"
I went expecting a decent experience, but the access for disabled fans was really poor. It felt like we were an afterthought the whole time, and getting around was way harder than it should of been. Staff didn’t seem very helpful either, which made it even more frustrating. Dissapointed overall.

"Mobile site is painfully slow"
I tried using the site on my phone and it just takes forever to load. It’s really frustrating, especially when there’s no easy way to talk to an actual person for help. Everything feels automated, and I just end up waiting around with no idea if anything is even working.

"Email alerts are unreliable"
The site itself is fine, but the email notifications have been really hit or miss for me. Some match updates come in late, and a few never show up at all. I checked my spam folder too, so it’s not that. It gets frustrating when you’re counting on those alerts, and it kind of gives that feeling like there isn’t a real person there keeping an eye on things.

"Still not totally sure about the privacy side"
The app seems okay overall, but I’m still not really clear on how my privacy is being handled. I tried looking for reassurance and didn’t feel like my concerns were really taken seriously, so I’m left feeling a bit dismissed and unsure.

"Useful info, but it takes some digging"
I’ve used rbfa.be a few times now when I wanted to look up match details, club information, and a few other football-related things, and to be fair, the information I needed was usually there somewhere. It’s not like the site is empty or useless, because most of the basics are covered once you find the right page.
That said, I did find the communication a little unclear at times. Some sections seem to use slightly different wording for similar things, and I ended up clicking around more than I expected just to understand fairly simple updates or rules. It’s the kind of thing where you eventually get there, but it doesn’t always feel as straightforward as it should.
Overall, I wouldn’t say it’s a bad site, because it does the job in many ways. I just think it could be a lot easier to use if the explanations were written in a simpler, more consistent way, especially for people who are only visiting quickly to check one specific detail.

"Good for refs, but a bit overlooked"
It does the job fine for refs and match admin, but some match updates take a bit too long to load. I mentioned it before and kind of felt dismissed, which was frustrating because it would make a real difference during games...

I had a frustrating time using the site because I don’t know Dutch or French that well. I was trying to find info in English, but it wasn’t clear at all?? After clicking around for a while and still feeling lost, I just gave up.

"Tickets showed up quicker than I thought"
I ordered my tickets and got them faster than I was expecting. The site was easy enough to use and I didn’t run into any real issues, if that makes sense. Smooth overall.

"I use rbfa.be maybe a few times..."
I use rbfa.be maybe a few times a month, and I mostly only pay attention to whether I can log in quickly and get to what I need. On that part, it’s been really reliable for me, no random errors, no being logged out for no reason, nothing that made me stop and complain.
I did have to reset my password once, and that was quick too. I’m not really focused on every little feature, but the authentication side feels simple and stays out of the way. It does what I need it to do, so I’d give it 5 stars.

"Youth admin feels a bit all over the place"
I’ve been trying to sort out youth football paperwork on rbfa.be, and it’s been frustrating. Some of the info feels like it takes ages to find, the login process is kind of confusing, and updates seem to come through later than you’d expect. It does work now and then, but for parents and clubs, I’d say it could be made a lot simpler

I found the site frustrating to use. The menus didn’t feel very intuitive to me, and I kept having to click around to find what I needed. On top of that, some pages loaded slowly, which made the whole experience feel more annoying than it should have been.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but support got back to me quickly and helped sort out my question without a lot of back and forth. It was easy overall, and I didn’t really feel stressed about it.

"I don’t know, the prices just felt..."
I don’t know, the prices just felt too high for what you actually get. Like, the quality wasn’t bad or anything, but I kept thinking I could probably find something similar for less. Maybe it’s just not for me. Also, the whole value didn’t really add up in my head, so I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I reached out to support thinking they’d actually help, but the replies took forever and when they finally did respond, they didn’t really answer anything. It felt like they were just trying to brush me off and get me out of the queue. Super frustrating and basically useless.
